B&B Map and Important Reminders

1. Coming from the Parks Highway, at Mile 98.7, turn to Talkeetna Spur Road (on the right if coming from South; on the left if coming from the North). 
2. Drive 12 miles on Talkeetna Spur Road and turn right on Comsat Road.
3. Drive about 2.3 miles and turn right on Madison Street. The first marked road on the right off Comsat is Madison. As you go up the hill the road turns into Freedom Drive.
4. Proceed 0.8 miles to the top of the hill, pass Taft Circle. After Taft Circle, the main B&B house is on the 2nd driveway on the left side of the road.  

Note: Be sure to go to the driveway where a "Grace and Bill's Freedom Hills B&B" sign is displayed. Drive preferably a 4-wheel drive vehicle in winter, as we are located up on a hill.

• All room rates are based on double occupancy. We charge $20 per additional person over 8 years old per room.  Please call for special discounts on winter rates, multi-room or multi-night stays.
• We will need your credit card information to confirm and hold your reservation. A deposit will not be charged; you will be charged in full within 7 days of your expected arrival.
• No cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking. After that, a $25/room cancellation fee is charged for any cancellation made at least 7 days prior to arrival date.  Full price is charged if you do not cancel within this time or if you do not show up.
• Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed inside the house.
• Check in anytime from 3 pm. Check out at or before 11 am. Special arrangement may be made if necessary.
